65 Declaration
To whom it may concern:
This letter is in reference to the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, California Health and Safety Code section 25249.5 et seq. (“Proposition 65”), which requires businesses to warn consumers about exposures to chemicals contained in their products that could cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
We hereby represent and warrant
to our Customers that none of the products, components or raw materials that we supply to Customers or
any of its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Products”)
contain any chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer or
reproductive toxicity within the meaning of Proposition 65 (“Prop. 65 Chemicals”).
The list of Prop. 65 Chemicals is available online at the following address: https://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65/proposition-65-list.
The above representation and warranty shall continue in effect through the date that such Product is sold to a consumer.
